Boutique gem The Beaufort has a special offer just for families, which runs until the end of April. Two adults and one or two children (under twelve years old) can stay in one of their Junior Suites in April and May for £320 per night (plus VAT). Included in the Family Package is a continental breakfast delivered to your room each morning, complimentary sweets for the kids, in-room films and cartoons, complimentary drinks in the sitting room bar in the afternoons and evenings and, the most coveted of all, free access to a Wi-Fi connection.
With one queen and one double sofa bed, The Beaufort’s Junior Suites are the ideal size for a family of three or four. They have plenty of room to move around, are decorated with original watercolours and all overlook the tranquil Beaufort Gardens. It’s easy to keep the kids entertained on a rainy day or during a bit of down-time, with internet and TV at hand, and parents are provided with conveniences and treats to keep them happy too.
Breakfast delivered to your room every morning relieves you of the hassle of getting everyone washed and dressed (breakfast in pyjamas!) and daily complimentary afternoon tea will satisfy anyone getting peckish before dinner. When you’ve managed to tear yourself away from the suite, free drinks between 3pm and 11pm in the sitting room bar give you the chance to relax and chat after a long day exploring London. Situated in a quiet residential cul-de-sac in Knightsbridge, there are plenty of things to do with kids nearby, including the Science Museum and Natural History Museum, and it’s the perfect place to retreat to after a busy day.
Travel blogger Erin recently reviewed her stay in one of The Beaufort’s suites on her blog, The World Wanderer. She says that the hotel is “luxurious enough to feel far from home, yet with the personal touches of a home away from home”. Just what you want on a family holiday.
