Last year The Corinthia launched a package designed to give you an excellent night’s sleep. Their Power of Sleep project immersed the whole hotel in a bedtime theme, with a sleep expert, special menus and two short-films about snoozing all part of the package.

But now another hotel is aiming to send you into a peaceful slumber…

The Marriott Grosvenor Square has released its Sleep Well Experience package to get you relaxed and ready for a nap. They start with the rooms, which have sumptious four-poster beds, plus a rainforest shower and bath. Rooms also each have a private deck, which sits within an enclosed water feature garden.

When you’re not soaking up some rays for some vitamin D, you can wrap yourself in one of the provided blankets and light a lantern to keep you warm. There are just eight suites with access to the garden sanctuary, so you won’t have too many other people disturbing your peace.

It’s a rarity to enjoy some outside space in a London hotel, but the Marriott Grosvenor Square, which was originally a townhouse, allows you to look out over London from its position near Bond Street.

You get plenty of goodies to help you relax when you arrive, including L’Occitane bath products, herbed shower gel and lavender pillow mist.

You also get a copy of The Sleep Book by Dr Guy Meadows (the same sleep expert from The Corinthia’s project), sleep teas and a sleep bracelet. The bracelet is said to use “natural frequencies” to help you drift off and get some quality Zs, but it’s up to you whether you think there’s anything in that or not. You’ll be ready for a nap just after hearing the word “sleep” so many times.

Rates for the ‘Sleep Well Experience’ start at £532 a night, valid until 30th November 2015. Along with a luxury Balcony Suite, you get access to the Executive Lounge and breakfast at Gordon Ramsey’s Maze restaurant.

You can also add on a six-course taster meal from the restaurant, designed to help you get a good night’s sleep. And perhaps grab a nightcap at the hidden-away Luggage Room – or maybe that might undo all your hard work!
