Lavish luxury at Ten Trinity Square arrives in 2016.

by Laura on April 15, 2015

10 Trinity Square, Tower Hill, London. Redevelopment for hotel, residencies and apartments.

News of the development at Ten Trinity Square has been slowly trickling out over the past year. Last autumn we heard that the former Port of London Authority would become a Four Seasons with private residences and a private members club. Now we know a bit more – and there’s pictures to boot.

The hotel’s official website, run by Reignwood, says that the hotel will occupy the lower ground to third floor levels. It will include 100 guest rooms and suites, restaurants, bars, meeting salons and a spa.

One restaurant will serve French cuisine overseen by a Michelin-starred chef, while the other will be an Asian restaurant serving Chinese and Japanese dishes. They’ll also have a light and casual menu in the Rotunda Lounge all day. Tea service will apparently involve different teas and traditions.

The spa will also be run by Four Seasons and will be available to guests and residents, along with a ballroom and exclusive members club.

The spa will have a luxury hammam and sauna. The Club is centred around the original boardrooms and executive offices, which are being preserved, restored and transformed. There will be meeting rooms, a cigar lounge, a bar, and business centre. There will also be a wine store for both members and residents, and the Chateau Latour Room, the only outpost of the estate outside of France.

Then there’s the private residences, prices for which begin at a cool £5 million.

Of course, for this price residents can also use the hotel facilities, including their concierge. There are 41 residences planned across floors three to seven ranging from one to four bedroom apartments. If the hotel isn’t enough luxury for you, owning one of these lavish apartments will surely satisfy you. As long as you have a spare £5 million lying around.
