The new Four Seasons, which is a conversion of the former Port of London authority site, has been a few years in the making. It has just had its soft opening and is now ready for guests, even offering a discount.
During the soft opening period, guests can get 20% off their room. Rooms include Executive, Premier, Deluxe and Superior rooms. There are also One-bedroom Deluxe suites, as well as four specialist suites. They benefit from features such as marble bathrooms, bedside charging stations, 55-inch flat screen TVs, and refrigerated private bars.
The hotel’s suites have some luxurious touches, like the bio-ethanol fireplace in the Four Seasons Heritage Suite.
They also have 24-hour services, including in-room dining, laundry and dry cleaning, and concierge services. Complimentary WiFi is standard in all rooms.
Guests currently have two dining options at the hotel: French restaurant La Dame de Pic and the Rotunda all-day restaurant, bar and lounge. An as-yet unnamed establishment (unless they plan on calling it Asian Restaurant) will open at the beginning of May 2017.
The luxurious spa includes a Spa Suite, which is ideal for couples to share. It has a private changing area, sitting area, steam shower, and private access to the spa’s hammam too.
The men’s and women’s changing rooms have relaxation areas, with a steam room in the women’s area. Facilities also include an indoor swimming pool and vitality pool. There’s even a nail salon.
The hotel’s fitness centre has state of the art equipment. Although, if you don’t want to watch yourself, you might want to avoid the floor-to-ceiling mirrors. There’s also a yoga studio.
The hotel also benefits from business services, as well as family services, such as babysitting and complimentary children’s amenities.
