Hotels across London have hosted all kinds of residencies, from writers to operas. This month, The Hoxton Holborn is home to British fashion designer Henry Holland, and the House of Holland’s second interiors collection.
The brand’s new collection, in collaboration with Habitat, will feature in a room at The Hoxton throughout March. Key pieces, including bedding, upholstery and textiles, will be bringing tropical prints to the room.
Anyone who wants to can enjoy the room decked out in the Free to Roam collection. It’s a king-sized room, giving guests plenty of space to spread out in the colourful bed. A breakfast bag is included in the £199 rate to book the room for the night.
As well as paying for a night in the room, you can also win a night’s stay for two people, as well as dinner.
Habitat is running a competition to give you the chance to win. Just find Henry’s dog Peggy in their 360-degree tour of the room and tell them where she’s hiding. The extremely colourful room is sure to be fun to stay in, and there are plenty of other things to explore at The Hoxton Holborn.
The hotel has the Hubbard and Bell restaurant, which serves “big portions of all kinds of meat, truffle chips, and banana splits”. There’s also Chicken Shop, the basement eatery that revolves around rotisserie chicken, and Holborn Grind, for your daily coffee fix.
The hotel also features The Apartment, their meetings and events concept. It has six rooms, plus a Pantry Kitchen to keep everyone fuelled up for the day. There’s space for up to 250 party people for events too. The whole hotel has a design focus, so it’s the ideal place to show off an interiors collection.
If you want to stay in another design-led hotel, The Hoxton Shoreditch is just as trendy. Or there’s always the option of a trip to their Amsterdam hotel…
