Hotels across London are recognising travellers’ desires to stay healthy during their stay. St James’s Hotel and Club is the latest to add some wellness features to its guest services.
The hotel’s new “Wellness on the Move” package will launch in April 2017 and include “Spa-in-Your-Suite” and “Eating-for-Wellness”. Instead of having to make your way to the spa, you can now enjoy a spa experience in your room. The service from Perfect 10 Black Label allows you to relax in your room without having to worry about falling asleep post-massage.
The mobile beauty service will be offering a full-body Connock London treatment, available only at St James’s Hotel and Club.
The massage uses Connock London’s signature Hawaiian Kukui Oil to condition the skin and leave it smooth and hydrated. Guests will get a customised experience to help them feel their best, whether they want to get over jet lag or get rid of water retention.
There’s also a new breakfast menu at Seven Park Place, designed to promote wellness and set you up for the day.
The menu features ingredients intended to promote wellness, such as manuka honey, nuts and berries, salmon and avocado.
Many ingredients are full of omega-3 fatty acids, which are great for boosting the health, including the brain.
Breakfast examples include oatmeal and cottage cheese pancakes with smoked salmon and avocado, porridge oats with almond milk, mixed nuts and berries, and quinoa crumpets with baked banana and coconut yoghurt. If you like celebrity connections, you can also enjoy a green smoothie designed by Executive Chef William Drabble for Dita von Teese when she stayed at the hotel.
