Seafood is just perfect for the spring and summer months.
Fresh flavours and light meals are ideal for perking us up after all the comfort food we gorged on over winter. And since we’re an island nation, we have plenty of fresh fish to enjoy. But we don’t eat enough of it and a lot of our seafood goes onto the plates of people on the continent instead.
If you’re a fan of seeing food and eating it, try out some of these stunning seafood restaurants, right inside some of London’s top hotels.

An oyster bar is the focus of the room, serving Jersey rock oysters and of course plenty of champagne and fine wine to go with them. The grill side of the bar also serves lamb, roast spatchcock and burgers for anyone who isn’t feeling the seafood, or wants a little surf and turf.
