Last month we blogged about the Ibis Blackfriars dream service which paints guests’ dreams and now another hotel has created a service to help you enjoy sweet dreams. The Park Plaza County Hall’s service is a little less technical and involves the human touch rather than robots. The luxury hotel has consulted with The Sleep Council and has created a milk and cookies hotline which allows guests to dial the number and request milk and cookies throughout the night – setting free your inner child!

The milk and cookies hotline is part of the new in-room sleep menu which also includes Horlicks Light in all rooms to ensure a sweet night’s sleep in more ways than one! Rooms also feature triple glazing, blackout curtains and a bedding menu to ensure a sound night of slumber for all guests.

The sleep service kicks off on 1st December and as well as treats in the room, TVs will also display top tips for sleeping well. The milk and cookies will cost £4 which includes delivery to your room. Advice comes from the The Sleep Council who are experts in sleep science. Although to be honest: milk, cookies and Horlicks – it’s hardly rocket science, is it?
