But of course, it’s not all about the booze. Head Chef Brian Hughson will continue to serve up his fresh spins on the traditional Grill dishes alongside timeless classics. The Grill’s accomplished menu places a firm emphasis on high-quality British ingredients – true heaven for London foodies!
Dishes range from the traditional – Dover sole, Perthshire fillet of beef, lamb loin – to the more adventurous – barley risotto, oyster mayonnaise, marinated scallops with scallop crackling.

And the sweet selection is equally impressive; mint and chocolate parfait with fresh mint sorbet and peanut parfait with cherry jam and sour cherry sorbet two of the highlights… *cue Homer Simpson drool*.
