Three5 opens for tapas & tea at Myhotel Chelsea.
Yet another London hotel has upped their game and opened a new restaurant, this time it’s the turn of boutique hotel group Myhotels.
The small chain have just three properties: one Chelsea hotel, one hotel in Brighton and one hotel in Bloomsbury where we recently stayed the night in a swanky penthouse suite. The new restaurant named three5 is located in the Chelsea hotel and takes its name from the address.

The lounge style tapas restaurant which opened last month offers relaxed dining day and night with a selection of furniture to suit all occasions – from the Chesterfield sofas above to more formal dining tables pictured below.
There is also a book shelf which contains various design, fashion and art books chosen by guests and hotel staff which are available for diners to browse – the book selection will change throughout the year.

Food-wise, Head Chef Federico Perez Diaz has crafted a menu which features a selection of big and small tapas and main dishes. Small tapas range from vegetable tempura to deep-fried calamari, whilst larger tapas are more like small meals with mini fish & chips and seafood paella on offer.
