Recent reviews praise Mercer Street Hotel.

Guests have been singing praises of the refurbished Radisson Edwardian Mercer Street Hotel

The refurbished Radisson Edwardian Mercer Street (previously called Radisson Edwardian Mountbatten) has undergone a massive facelift and recent guests have been raving about it.

A very satisfied guest of the hotel, Tripadvisor 42Sara said: “Excellent hotel, in a fantastic location with superb staff… We will definitely be returning to this hotel and I cannot recommend it highly enough.”

Another recent guest (REDKR211) says “not only are you taken aback by the elegant decor but the attentive staff welcome you like regular guests”; while TripAdvisor reviewer phibbo described the hotel as “comfortable, stylish and very convenient” and the staff as “hugely friendly and helpful”.

Suites at the Mercer Street Hotel come with brand new furniture and modern technology

Similar sentiments are shared by other guests.  Tripadvisor user Chris S said “highly recommend this hotel to everyone… [it] was very classy without the stuffy attitude you can get with some top hotels,” whilst Frank G gushed “family weekend made extra special with a stunning hotel.  Will definitely stay when we return for another theatre night.”

This Covent Garden hotel is in the heart of Theatreland and minutes from Soho, Trafalgar Square, Oxford Street and Leicester Square.  The refurb has been tastefully done with suites (and their SMEG fridges) a particular hit.  The hip rooms are equipped with next-generation technology, flatscreen TV with laptop compatibility and free internet throughout – which we tested during our recent free WiFi touchdown at the Mercer Street Hotel.

In view of guests’ enthusiastic reaction to the new look, there hasn’t been much fuss about the Mercer Street Hotel’s re-opening but I predict word will get out soon – so now is ideal to book your stay.  In fact, Radisson Edwardian have extended their festive Christmas deal until January 15 (ideal for January sales), so this could be the perfect time to check it out!

Conclusion: anyone looking for a luxury hotel in Covent Garden should definitely keep this stylish free WiFi hotel on their shortlist.
