We’ve already blogged about the most extravagant Valentine’s Day package in London and perhaps the most romantic Valentine’s offer at a London hotel…now we’ve found one that could quite possibly be the strangest. This Valentine’s Day, the award-winning One O One fish restaurant at the Sheraton Park Tower Hotel is offering couples the chance to enjoy a special Valentine’s Day menu in bed. But whilst that might not sound very odd, the bed on offer isn’t located in one of the rooms; it’s actually located inside the restaurant!

For added romance, the penthouse suite certainly has the views!
This V Day diners can enjoy a full dinner beneath the covers of one of two plush Luxury Collection beds in the restaurant’s salon prive. The hotel has created a six course menu with dishes including Poached Royal King Crab Loin & Lobster Tartar; Wild Norwegian Skrei with Pancetta, Winter Truffle and Paimpol Coco Bean Cassoulet; Wild Seabass Goujonette with Razor Clams and Shellfish Champagne Ragout and Manjari Chocolate & Passion Fruit Soufflé. Thankfully there is nothing too runny on the menu which is good news as we’d hate for you to spill anything on the sheets!

What a weird concept. I think I would feel kind of “out-of-place”, dress up in my “little black dress” ans stilettos, lying down in a bed while eating gourmet food. How are you supposed to look into your lovers eyes during dinner?
