Flemings Mayfair unveils The Townhouse.
Last week one of London’s oldest hotels, the 5 star boutique Flemings, unveiled ‘The Townhouse’. The Townhouse is a brand new luxury private residence which has a total of seven bedrooms that are shared between two apartments and suites sleeping up to 16 guests. It is available for single or exclusive use and features a private entrance and courtyard so that you can come and go as discreetly as you want.

The apartments all come with their own kitchens kitted out with hi-tech equipment like Bosch appliances, Nespresso machines and complimentary mini-bars. The technology doesn’t stop in the kitchens though - they also have 3D TVs, surround sound systems and iPod docks. Whilst The Garden apartment even has it’s own private terrace with BBQ, garden furniture and a fully stocked bar – just imagine the parties you could host!

Guests staying in ‘The Townhouse’ apartments will still have access to the Fleming Hotel’s facilities which includes three places to dine; the Flemings Grill, The Front Room and The Cocktail & Tearooms. But this level of luxury doesn’t come cheap - prices for single apartments start at £1300 per night and to make use of the entire complex will set you back £3500 per night; not too bad when you divide it by 16 people, right?
