Get physical at 45 Park Lane.
We’ve never seen so many sporting packages in London hotels! Thanks to the Olympics and Paralympics both taking place this summer, the latest hotel to jump on the bandwagon is 45 Park Lane, recently named as the most expensive hotel in London. The hotel has teamed up with fitness expert and personal trainer to the stars, Matt Roberts, to create an exclusive in-room workout for fitness-conscious guests.
The videos have been filmed inside a hotel room so the exercises shown can safely be done in the space of your own room and several even use the furniture as props. The videos are free for guests to use and feature five different routines, each focusing on a different area of the body.
For those wanting to carry on the workouts at home there are free exercise packs available upon request with tips, eating plans and exercise regimes. The fitness videos are the latest addition to the hotel’s sports facilities which include yoga mats in all rooms and bicycles for guests to use.
This fitness initiative follows on from The Berkeley which recently ran a series of synchronised swimming master classes.
