Ever dreamt of becoming an artist? Or of painting a visual representation of your dreams? Well now you can at the newly opened ibis London Blackfriars, and what’s more you can do it without even picking up a paintbrush! Sounds unreal doesn’t it – well it’s not.

Ibis have teamed up with Swedish robotics firm Acne and the creative gurus at BETC Digital to enable guests to see exactly what the picture of their dreams looks like. From 19th November to 23rd November, guests at Ibis Blackfriars will be able to apply to experience “Sleep Art”; this consists of of a robot connected to hi-tech bedding and a mattress which can monitor sleep patterns, temperatures, movements and more via sensors. This robot will then pass the results to another robot in Paris (sounds pretty advanced to us!) which will create a piece of art on a canvas which will be reproduced digitally so that the guest can take one home.
There are only 40 slots available and to be in with a chance of winning you need to visit the Ibis Facebook page. Just be careful what you eat and watch before you go to sleep, as you never know what you might end up dreaming of since the drawing is actually being filmed!
