Whilst some hotels are now starting to go full throttle on Christmas offers, others are focusing on events in the run up to the festive period. 45 Park Lane has a firm eye on Thanksgiving, which is probably due to Wolfgang Puck’s American connections as the operator of the hotel’s well-regarded CUT restaurant. It’s something to be thankful for that 45 Park Lane also offers in-room workouts to burn off some calories afterwards!

The restaurant (which hosts some impressive Hirst artwork too) has crafted a traditional Turkey menu with a trendy twist. Not only do guests get a full turkey dinner with all the trimmings, they’ll also get to sip cranberry and pomegranate cocktails; whilst dessert will be in the form of pie sliders including pumpkin, pecan and apple. Sounds pretty sweet to me!

The Thanksgiving dinner at 45 Park Lane doesn’t come cheap, in fact it’s priced at £85 for one course but hey it’s a celebration right? The dinner is only available on 22nd November but the 1863 cocktails and pie sliders are available for a whole week from 19th November to 25th November.

Other hotels giving thanks include the Corinthia London serving a 4-course meal in The Northall restaurant for £65, including the option of turkey and trimmings or Mac and cheese. The Stafford is also offering 3 courses for £55 in the Lyttelton restaurant, so there is plenty to choose from!
